Yo-Yo Weight Loss & Gain

Yo-yoing weight loss and gain is perhaps the most common troubling health issue in America today. It can frustrate our efforts to maintain an attractive physique, and slowly over time may wreak havoc with our physiology. It can lead to premature aging, skin wrinkling, diabetes, heart disease and even cancer.

Causes are complex and can vary with each unique individual. The most common causes include leading a yo-yo lifestyle, our unique fat distribution pattern, our unique physiology, and psychosocial factors.

The secrets of stopping the up and down motion of the yo-yo for each of these factors will be discussed in the next several blog posts.
